These rings let you choose between a quick iron sight shot or using the scope. For 1″ scope tubes only. No base is required. This mount will position the scope about 7/8″ above the receiver.The Weaver 1″ Steel Lock See-Thru Ring Mount Fn mount directly on your FN Series, and affix your riflescope firmly with two straps and four screws, for each of the two rings, without the need for a base.
It allows you to choose between the iron sight for close shots or the scope for distant shots. These rings enable you to move your scope forward or back for optimum placement. A simple thumscrew on each ring enables easy mounting and removal.
